Beyond Corporate Law has recruited three new members of staff, with a director, an assistant solicitor and a paralegal all joining the Manchester-based law firm this month.
Beyond Corporate Law is part of the Beyond Professional Services Group.
Andy Herricks, who joins as director, was a founding partner of Garricks, a niche commercial firm based in Blackburn. Andy acts mainly for entrepreneurs and owner-managers, handling corporate transactions from shares sales, acquisitions and MBOs through to advising on complex shareholders’ agreements, re-organisations, share buy-backs and de-mergers.
“Beyond Corporate Law has emerged, in a very short space of time, as a dynamic and disruptive firm with a very exciting range of entrepreneurial clients,” Andy said. “I am extremely pleased to be part of such a vibrant and positive team.”
Alexander Redford joins Beyond Corporate Law as assistant solicitor. He joins from Hargreaves Mounteney, where he was a trainee in the Commercial department.
The final member of the trio is Matthew Fearn, who joins the firm in the role of paralegal. He comes to Beyond Corporate Law from JMW Solicitors.
Jim Truscott, partner, said: ‘”These are exciting times for Beyond Corporate, as we develop further our highly regarded corporate and commercial offering. We have made no secret of our determination to disrupt the legal market, and a key element of that strategy is to employ progressive, assured people who believe in our business model and culture.”
