A multi-million-pound development of build-to-rent apartments has opened in an inner city area of Manchester.
Over £53m has been invested to create The Trilogy in the heart of Castlefield, which comprises 232 pet-friendly one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Spanning 165,000 sq. ft. the development is located on Ellesmere Street and is set across three buildings known as Trilogy North, Trilogy West and Trilogy East, all centred around a landscaped courtyard.
Facilities include communal gardens, a gym, a residents’ lounge with co-working space, cycle storage and 75 car parking spaces.

The development is being delivered by Moorfield Group and managed by leading UK property consultant Allsop.
