Tristone Healthcare acquires Procare Wales

Manchester-based Tristone Healthcare has acquired Procare Wales in a purchase part-funded through a £4.2m loan from Shawbrook Bank.

Based in Rhyl, Wales, Procare Wales provides specialist mental healthcare services and was founded by Helen Shephard, who will remain on the board.

Tristone Healthcare founder and CEO, Yannis Loucopoulos, said: “Procare Wales is a fantastic business which will support our efforts in providing safe, essential care to vulnerable adults.
