Two Redrow site managers from Bristol have received Quality Awards at the NHBC’s annual Pride in the Job Awards.
Nathan Coltman and Andy Baxter are amongst 18 Redrow site managers across the country that have been recognised.
Nathan is currently overseeing work at the South West’s Frenchay Park development built on the former site of Frenchay Hospital, whilst Andy is working at the Lawrence Green development in Stoke Gifford.
Frenchay Park and Lawrence Green have proven to be two of Redrow’s most popular developments in the region, offering a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes with easy access to Bristol and beyond.
Now in their 38th year, Pride in the Job celebrates the exceptional contribution site managers make in creating homes of outstanding quality.
With more than 16,000 site managers competing for the awards, this year’s Quality Award winners have been hand-picked for their excellent standards on site. Following 12 months of rigorous judging, these winners excelled and will now go on to compete for the Seal of Excellence and Regional Winner titles.
Lee Hawker, managing director of Redrow South West, said: “We would like to congratulate Nathan and Andy on their achievements so far and wish them all the luck in the next round. The NHBC has a very rigorous judging process and only the best in the business receive the Quality awards so we’re very proud that two of our site managers have reached this stage. For Redrow, achieving award winning standards of construction provides further evidence that we’re producing a quality product.”
