Staff at local broker Hayes Parsons Insurance are supporting the Jessie May Trust in this year’s Aviva Community Fund and are urging people to vote and help them win £25,000 for the charity.
The Aviva Community Fund offers the chance for local community projects to win funding and Hayes Parsons Insurance are asking Business Leader readers to help them win this money for Jessie May by voting online.
The projects with the most votes will go through to the final where a panel of judges will decide who receives the funding.
Jessie May is a childrens’ hospice at home service with nurses working throughout Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset. Since they were founded in 1996 they have supported over 275 children and families.
Hayes Parsons’ Managing Director, James Woollam, says “We are really pleased to be supporting such a fantastic charity this year and I urge everyone reading this to take a few minutes to vote and help make a difference.”
To vote, you will need to register on the Aviva Community Fund website but this only takes a few minutes. Each registered user gets 10 votes so please remember to use all your votes for Jessie May! Voting closes on the 18th November.
