World heavyweight boxing champion Deontay Wilder has opened the Batley branch of chain restaurant, Mr T’s.

In a surreal scene in the West Yorkshire town, the WBC champion opened the American-inspired diner in front of a large audience.

The Bronze Bomber then stated to his fans that he would take down Luis Ortiz and Brit boxer Tyson Fury.

In 2017, boxing legend Floyd Mayweather visited the Bradford branch of Mr T’s and in February this year, Fury also ate at the branch.
