Two weeks after The North Somerset Business Leader reported In Touch CRM had been nominted for a Software related award; it can now reveal that the company were successful in its bid.
At the UK Business Software Industry Awards 2012, held at Harrods in London, the Worle based company won the SME CRM and Customer Management category outright.
James White, CEO of intouchcrm comments: “We are thrilled to be awarded the 2012 Software Satisfaction Award for the best SME CRM & Customer Management product in the UK.
“We look forward to continuing to build on this award and ensure we put ourselves in a great position to make it two in a row next year.”
