John Baker, RICS Matrics Chairman comments: “With an increased number of entries for the Young Surveyor of the Year Awards, the shortlisting exercise was always going to be a challenge; however no-one expected such a consistently high standard throughout all categories; a testimony to the young talent within the profession.”
