Business Leader has revealed the shortlist for this year's Go:Tech Awards.

The finalists were decided through a rigorous selection process by the awards' judging panel, which this year included HSBC's head of technology sector Roland Emmans; Dr Sofie McPherson, patent director at the law firm HGF; Yiannis Maos, founder and CEO of Birmingham Tech; and the founder of cybersecurity platform CybSafe, Oz Alashe.

The awards aim to celebrate the UK's tech pioneers and innovators. Through our close collaboration with business incubators, universities and technology associations, the Go:Tech Awards have become a must-attend for execs, investors and entrepreneurs in sectors from engineering to cleantech. They aim to recognise the best the UK has to offer in categories including mobile technology, AI and machine learning, sustainability, and IT support.

This year's sponsors are HSBC UK, BDO, HGF, Moore Barlow Lawyers, the London Stock Exchange and OakNorth. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 20 June 2024, at Hilton Bankside, London, tickets for which are now on sale.

Business Leader's CEO Andrew McLaughlan says: "Our Go:Tech Awards aim to shine a spotlight on the brilliant entrepreneurs and innovators working in the UK tech sector today, no matter the size of business. The quality of entries was very high, so congratulations to all those shortlisted and we look forward to you joining us at the awards celebration in June."
